Parker turned 24! His birthday was May 14th and we had a great day together. We started off the morning with his presents ( 2 new books, one by Michael Jordan the other, the Freedom Writers, new Jordan sandles and Hat, and a few other things). We then went to lunch at a restaurant called Burger in Paradise. It was a great indoor/outdoor joint that served food that rivals Red Robin. We finished off the day seeing the movie Meet the Robinsons in 3D with our friends Mike and Emmy. It was such a blast watching a movie in 3D. I have never seen a full movie in 3D, it was worth the headache it gave all of us!

Well, it has been quite some time since we updated our blog! These pictures were taken in Utah at Parker's grandfathers house on our way to Indianapolis. He has lived on this property since the 1930's! He has been offered a million dollars from a contractor who is wanting to put a road through the property. He refuses to sell and I think he is a smart man for hanging on to his house. I can't imagine erasing almost a century of memories!

I'm sure that most of you know that Parker and I play in the competetive basketball league here at the school. My team went 12-0 for the season and it had to be the best team I have ever played on. We all got along great, and we were good; really good. Anyhow, I am number 20 and these are a few pictures from the championship game (which of course, we won!).

I recently found a bunch of pictures from a 60 Miler that I went on the summer before my Senior year of high school. We had a great trip. We hiked the Suiattle pass from Mount Baker (essentially) to the Northern end of Lake Chelan (Stehekin). We planned to take five days, but did it in two and a half. This had to be the greatest trip I've ever been on. After spending the rest of the week waterskiing with my Priest's Quorum, the Bean family and our family drove up to Chelan and spent two weeks at a house in Wapato Point. What a blast!
Hey everybody, I just found a bunch of pictures that I really like of some work that I was involved with. This is a house we worked on in Snohomish, Washington. These are only a few pictures of the Home Theater work that we did: there are almost 20 TV's throughout the house. The first TV shown is a 62" plasma (but it only looks like a 50" because the fireplace is huge!). The second and third pictures are probably between 42" and 50" plasmas...the black TV is actually mounted to stone work! The last picture is of the Theater Room downstairs. I worked on the pillars and the curtains (the curtains are special accoustically transparent curtains) in this room. This is one of my favorite homes we worked in. Enjoy!!

My mom recently came into town for mothers week. Shelly and I had so much fun b-boppin around town with her. We attended some great workshops and ate a lot of food! A day or two before my mom arrived, it dumped snow! I went outside to go to work and there had to of been 6 inches! Anyhow, I thought this was a cool picture.

A few days ago Abbey "tagged" me to list my five favorite things. So, number one on my list is of course my husband. I love, love, love him!!! Number two on the list has to be March Madness. Who doesn't love 24 hours a day of basketball games???? Number three, a brand new pair of pumps. There is something about slipping on a new pair of heels that makes me feel womanly! Number four on the count down is some Cold Stone ice cream. I worked there for almost a year and the ice cream never got old. Custom ice cream....can life get better? My last of my five favorite things would have to be the rain. Since we moved from Seattle, it is one of the things I miss the most (besides the family anyway). I love jumping on a trampoline while it rains but, I don't think anything beats the way the air smells after a big pour down.
