Sour Apple Green

The kitchen in our new apartment was a little on the dated side so, we decided a fresh coat of paint would be the perfect way to bring it up to date! We love the color but we certainly understand our taste isn't everyone's taste. We love the contrast between the green walls and red appliances. What do you guys think?

CHAR I LOVE THE COLORS! Wow that is awesome. Allen would never let me paint colors like that and I think it looks AWESOME! Good thinking with the colors! They make me happy! :)

It looks great! It does freshen up the place a bit. That's awesome you could paint your apartment. By the way, Lucy told me she misses Parker. She's bummed he won't be her swim teacher this year. So hi from Lucy.

Good work! I love the green walls. We have a bathroom that color, and we've definitely received some varying opinions. But I love it! Glad to hear the move went well and hopefully we'll be making our way to Rexburg for a visit soon.

Cute!!! It's a very cheery kitchen. That's the color of London's walls. Do you have to paint it white again when you move out? Hope not!! Hope things are going good in Rexburg!

My best friend has the same color in her kitchen, and she also uses red accents too (mostly with cherry prints). It's very cute! Good job! I know what you mean about color. I love bright colors too. Our kitchen is yellow, and I love how it brightens up the room. It always makes me feel happy (at least when it's clean).

Very cute- it will definitely help you get in a good mood fast. The red and black go well with the green. I'd recommend putting some black and white patterned fabric (maybe toile or checkered) over your kitchen sink and accent it with a red curtain rod, or red finials, or red ties. Sad I couldn't be there to help paint and decorate, but you did a fabulous job! Miss you!!!
