A Very Happy Thanksgiving

Parker and I decided to take on the task of preparing Thanksgiving dinner for the first time! Lots of work, but lots of fun! Parker prepared the turkey and he did an excellent job. It was super moist and it made even better gravy. Thanksgiving is ALL about the gravy! I did most everything else (pies, mashed potatoes, stuffing, rolls....) and everything turned out pretty good. I do need to work on my pie crust skills and Parker's mom agreed to give me a lesson over Christmas. I can't wait for Christmas (as if my blog didn't give that away!) to come so I can see all my family. Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving, here are a few pictures from ours.

Love that the dinner turned out so good. The white feet on the Turkey were totally cracking me up. The last picture of Colton is so cute!

I am very impressed! That is quite an undertaking! Way to go! I would be very scared to do that. That last picture is so cute!

YUM! Looks like a delish dinner! I bet you had enough turkey that we could have come and helped you eat it! Missy you.

Way to go! You are so ambitious. I am very impressed with your rolls and pies! I am not a baker, but I should try more often. :)

Wow, dinner looks fantastic! I especially love that you showered and look done-up. I stayed in sweats for our big night. Good job, girl.

Hey, love your pearls....where did you get them? They look just like pearls from Cayman Islands.
