We got our first snow storm and it didn't disappoint! We got about ten inches of snow in nine hours. I played outside with the boys for an hour non-stop before the said they were cold. We tried to make a snow man but the snow wouldn't pack tight enough. Next time!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
Merry Christmas to all! We had a wonderful day filled with love, laughter, and gifts! It is such a treat to have kids old enough to be excited when they wake up. Colton came into our room around seven in the morning hopping up and down asking to go down and open presents. We enjoyed every minute of the day and we hope you did too!
Batman toys! Every boys dream!
She didn't have a clue what was going on but she loved to tear and then eat the wrapping paper!
LAKERS t-shirt! Probably his favorite gift?! Kobe for life! (Also, we got to go to a Lakers game a few weeks ago as an early Christmas gift to ourselves. Kobe scored 42 points and it was amazing!)
New puzzles! ....Paxton's face says it all!!!
New P.J.'s from grandma and grandpa Lybbert. This is the only picture I am in....I have got to work on that....at least you can see my new earrings from my nice husband!
The boys got ninja turtle action figures and swords which are by far the favorite gifts. The swords haven't left their sides since they opened them!

Paxton's Third Birthday!
Paxton is three! This little guy has been such a blessing to our family--we were more than thrilled to spoil him on his special day. We started out with fresh buttermilk pancakes in the shape of the number three.
Next, we met up with Paxton's two favorite buddies at McDonald's for lunch and play.
Next, we met up with Paxton's two favorite buddies at McDonald's for lunch and play.
This is Claire. I have decided that She and Pax will get married. He was SO HAPPY about new cars!
Parker has to work one Saturday every quarter to count inventory and it happened to fall on Pax's birthday. Pax was thrilled when dad came home and we left for dinner at Red Robin!
Mom and Paxton. Love this kid!
The whole team at dinner.
I don't think Pax liked the birthday singing but he was all over the free ice cream!
Ready to open presents.
A new shirt. He also got a few books, Spiderman toys, and Captain America toys.
Paxton wanted a snowman cake. He and Colton helped me put on the snowflakes.
Love, love, LOVE this boy!
Christmas Tree
As always, the kids loved picking out the Christmas tree with Parker. They loved helping me put on the lights and and ornaments....even though they can't reach too high!

Hair Hack
I donated my hair! Like, all of it. I have been wanting to donate my hair for a looonnnnggg time but refused to do it until I lost some weight (down 30 lb's after the initial 30 lb's I lost after having Payton! I have got to stop gaining so much weight during pregnancy...) because short hair styles are not so cute on an overly round face. I think this is the fifth time I have donated my hair and it was by far the most special. Parker's mother has breast cancer and she lost all her hair from chemo. I tried to find someone that could take my hair and make a wig for her but no one in the states makes wigs, it is all done over seas. This donation was in her honor and I will remember it forever! Love you, mom!
You read that right. Sixteen inches!

Halloween
We set the boys loose in our neighborhood to trick-or-treat and they loved every minute of it! Colton was very aware that the more homes we went to, the more candy we would get so he did NOT want to stop. Funniest part of the night? It was one of the first doors that the boys knocked on. A nice lady opened the door and I sad, "What do you say?" Colton responded with a
resounding, "Trick or Treat!". Pax followed with an even more booming
"HOLLAR!". It was SO funny. The lady who opened the door got a good laugh out of it!
I won cool mom points by making bat and ghost shaped pancakes for dinner!
Pumpkin Carving!
Halloween got moved because Super Storm Sandy which gave us extra time to carve pumpkins. The boys didn't like scooping out the "guts" but they enjoyed "helping" me carve the pumpkins. As always, Payton was there for moral support!

Payton started solid foods a few weeks ago. I don't know if you can tell from the pictures....she loves baby food!

Halloween
Avery Dennison holds a Halloween party each year and even though Parker was out of town, I opted to go with the kids. We got dressed up and had a great time! I got lots of compliments on our attire. I can't lie, I feel really clever. I thought our theme was great!
Here we are. 2 police officers, 1 burglar, and a cute bag of money!
Are you loving her head band? I made it out of fake money and then made her bag out of a green t-shirt and puff paint.
We started out by picking out the perfect pumpkins.
You can't tell but the boys were trick-or-treating at tables in this picture.
Nothing says Halloween like donuts!
We ended our time with getting balloon swords...that popped in the car on the ride home.
